To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Lead Software Architect (m/f/d) - Product & Innovation Focus, starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Software Architect, you will be responsible for the technical further development of our product portfolio. You will set technological guardrails, make forward-looking strategic decisions, and translate new technologies – especially AI – into sustainable added value for our products. In doing so, you will ensure that our software solutions are of high quality, maintainable, regulatorily resilient, and at the same time can be further developed innovatively and efficiently. Your field of activity includes the following tasks:

• Overall responsibility for a sustainable, scalable, and technologically coherent architecture across multiple products, including strategic evaluation of technical decisions
• Strategic identification and implementation of AI use cases as well as active design of future-proof, scalable architecture and innovation approaches
• Integration of regulatory, security, and compliance as a central component of fast, high-quality architectural and product decisions
• Communication of complex technical topics, coaching of architects, technical representation of BAYOOSOFT, and sparring with management and teams
• Evaluation of customer-specific requirements and derivation of strategically relevant impulses for the team and product portfolio

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Software Architect with responsibility for complex systems or product portfolios
• Very good understanding of modern software architectures, development processes, and quality requirements
• Experience in the use of AI technologies in software products (conceptual and/or practical)
• Understanding of Security-by-Design approaches and regulatory frameworks
• Very good German and English language skills

In addition to technical and professional know-how, your social competence distinguishes you. You are reliable, committed, and flexible, and possess a high degree of independence and self-organization as well as strong teamwork skills.
