Your Key Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold quality assurance standards to ensure software consistency and maintainability.
• Lead debugging and issue resolution across various components and services.
• Tackle complex software problems, including customer-reported issues, and recommend actionable long-term solutions.
• Contribute to engineering and department strategies through strong technical leadership and high-quality work.
• Make informed decisions on technical challenges related to architecture, integration, and system design.
• Work independently with broad criteria to define objectives and drive results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and adherence to best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications.
• Proven expertise in full-stack development using C# and .NET.
• Solid foundation in API development, service integration, and system interoperability.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data engineering workflows.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong commitment to SDLC best practices focusing on code quality, security, maintainability, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Neo4j or other graph databases.
• Relevant industry certifications (cloud, development, or architect-related).

Additional Information

This role allows for remote working; however, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $106,900 - $147,000 per year, eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
