About the role

About the Role

At Oracle Health, we are pioneering the future of healthcare with innovative, cloud-native solutions centered around AI. Our goal is to revolutionize the workflow of hospitals and physicians, enhancing patient care while ensuring precise and timely reimbursement.

We are in the process of modernizing systems for Electronic Health Record and Revenue Cycle Management using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents, enabling clinicians to concentrate on what truly matters - patient care - rather than administrative tasks.

We are seeking exceptionally talented AI engineers to design and create high-scale, cloud-based data processing pipelines capable of ingesting, transforming, and analyzing vast amounts of healthcare data with minimal latency, thereby driving business insights and analytics across EHR and RCM systems.

You will have the opportunity to leverage LLMs, AI agents, and cutting-edge data platforms to tackle critical challenges such as clinical decision support, revenue optimization, and workflow automation. Additionally, you will utilize AI-assisted development tools to expedite the delivery process.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and AI-driven workflows.
  • Develop LLM/agent-based solutions tailored for various business use cases including revenue leakage, readmissions, and automation.
  • Take ownership of comprehensive features from data ingestion through transformation to insights.
  • Optimize systems for high performance, scalability, and low latency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to important design decisions.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
  • Proficient software engineering skills in Python or Java.
  • Strong understanding of SQL.
  • Extensive expertise in data engineering including ETL, data transformation, and data modeling (Spark, SQL).
  • Experience in creating high-scale distributed data systems.
