Software Engineering Team Lead (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Leading developers in Scrum teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coaching and mentoring to strengthen technical excellence and cross-team collaboration.
• Close collaboration with Product Owners to prioritize requirements and ensure their implementation.
• Accompanying the team through the entire software development lifecycle – from requirements, design & architecture to development, testing, and operation.
• Support with architectural decisions and shaping the technical strategy for sustainable solutions.
• Responsibility for HR processes such as recruiting, feedback discussions, and the career development of team members.

Your Profile

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, as well as initial leadership experience in software development.
• Sound knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL) and experience with agile working methods.
• Analytical approach to solving technical problems and clear communication of complex concepts.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in German and English (business fluent).
