Description / Responsibilities

• Lead a development team of five responsible for the continual development of several corporate Identity and Access Management systems and applications.
• Enhance IAM capabilities that are coupled with Machine Learning models.
• Enhance Role Mining capabilities that make use of Data Science driven outputs.
• Lead teams to enhance performance and achieve targets;
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness; measure and track performance.
• Support enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.
• Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
• Think out of the box and develop creative solutions with current products and their capabilities to solve business and functional needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 7+ to 10 years' experience in software development
• At least 3 years’ experience in an AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• At least 3 years' experience with Python
• At least 2 years' experience in people management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• At least 1 years' experience with graph databases
• At least 1 years' experience with React.js or Angular
• Familiarity with a Machine Learning Application
