Your Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new products.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
