We are part of a product-focused technology team working on high-impact digital journeys, including credit and lending products used by millions of clients. Our broader team includes software engineers, test analysts, system analysts and operations specialists. In this role, you will directly lead four testers, with a strong mandate to modernise how testing works across the team.

What we're looking for

  • Solid experience in software testing, covering both manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation, including scripting and modern automation tools.
  • At least one year of experience leading or managing a testing team.
  • A strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle and where testing adds the most value.
  • The ability to create clear test plans and guide others through them.
  • Confident communication and a calm, structured approach to problem-solving.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field.
