Job Overview
As a Lead Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in gathering technical requirements and developing innovative solutions tailored to customer use cases. You will provision essential tools and resources, ensuring they align with customer needs. You will lead the customer use case intake process by collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their objectives and requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with technical teams to create viable solutions that meet customer needs while aligning them with system capabilities.
Your responsibilities will also include managing the intake pipeline by prioritizing and scheduling new use cases according to organizational goals and resource availability. You'll be tasked with maintaining clear documentation and templates for the intake process, facilitating solution workshops between customers and technical teams, and collaborating with the service catalog manager to identify opportunities for new or improved services based on recurring customer needs. Finally, you will track and report on key intake metrics, such as volume, cycle time, and customer satisfaction, while working alongside the customer success team to ensure seamless transitions of new cases into implementation.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in gathering technical requirements, solution development, and managing customer cases in technical enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and mission needs into actionable technical solutions while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring effective solution delivery.
- Bachelor's degree (or an additional 4 years of relevant experience).
- Active TS Clearance required.
