Join us as a Lead Solution Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role as both a problem solver and an architect. Collaborate closely with our sales, solutions strategy, and product teams to craft scalable technical visions that align with client business objectives. Focus on delivering value by identifying root cause pain points and technical barriers to design effective data and marketing technology solutions that yield measurable ROI.

  • Technical Architecture & Data Solutioning: Leverage your extensive technical knowledge to design modern, cloud-native data solutions—including unified customer profiles, identity-resolution workflows, and mar-tech integrations—while adhering to best-practice standards.
  • Discovery & Root-Cause Analysis: Identify underlying issues and gather business and technical requirements, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned on strategic objectives before proposing solutions.
  • Technical Storytelling & Value Articulation: Simplify complex concepts into clear, outcome-focused narratives that lead compelling technical discussions showcasing measurable business impact.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Quickly understand complex challenges and develop solutions that effectively balance feasibility, risk, and value.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Engage with clients to uncover technical and business requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to synchronize on goals, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Transform challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design best-practice-aligned solutions that accommodate both Acxiom and partner capabilities.

Enablement & Deal Acceleration

  • Enhance pre-sales processes and contribute to deal strategy alongside sales teams.
  • Provide technical input and solution narratives for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Facilitate the removal of technical barriers to expedite sales through collaboration.
  • Coordinate pricing details for complex solutions with relevant stakeholders.

Solution Innovation

  • Pioneer and co-develop solutions in response to emerging requirements.
  • Gather insights to refine offerings and boost adoption rates.
  • Offer feedback to help shape product and solution strategy.

Value Articulation

  • Convert features into clear business advantages.
  • Tailor messages for various stakeholder roles.
  • Employ proof points and demonstrations to inspire confidence in solutions.
  • Emphasize Acxiom's differentiators and unique value propositions.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree with significant experience in the Martech or Adtech industry as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar position.
