Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address their most critical business challenges.
• Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals.
• Gather requirements effectively to clearly define customer problems.
• Build and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products.
• Articulate the value of Freshworks solutions to a variety of audiences.
• Embrace lifelong learning and continuously develop your skills.
• Evangelize the refreshing user experience offered by the Freshworks platform.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Solution Engineering experience.
• Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities.
• Proven capability to work on cross‑functional teams to address business and technical challenges.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated time‑management skills in a dynamic sales environment; manage multiple deals monthly.
• Highly driven with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms preferred.

Additional Information

• Annual base salary range: $136,085 – $168,105 USD (varies by location, experience, skills, and level).
