About the role

Overview

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will blend problem-solving with architectural expertise, collaborating closely with our sales, solutions strategy, and product teams. Your role will focus on aligning client business objectives with scalable technical visions, ultimately driving measurable return on investment (ROI) by resolving key pain points and technical challenges.

  • Technical Architecture & Data Solutioning: Demonstrate extensive technical expertise to design modern, cloud-native data solutions such as unified customer profiles, identity-resolution workflows, and mar-tech integrations, adhering to best-practice standards.
  • Discovery & Root-Cause Analysis: Identify underlying issues and commercial and technical needs, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams on strategic objectives before proposing a solution.
  • Technical Storytelling & Value Articulation: Simplify complex concepts into clear, outcome-focused sales narratives and facilitate technical discussions showcasing measurable business impact.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Quickly understand complex challenges and propose balanced solutions that consider feasibility, risk, and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Engage with clients to uncover technical and business requirements, lead discovery sessions to align on goals, constraints, and success metrics, translating challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Enablement & Deal Acceleration: Support pre-sales efforts, contribute technical insights for RFPs/RFIs, and collaborate to remove technical barriers that accelerate sales.
  • Solution Innovation: Pilot and co-develop solutions for emerging needs, gathering insights to refine offerings and enhance adoption while providing feedback to guide product and solution strategy.
  • Value Articulation: Clearly express features as tangible business benefits, tailoring messages for different stakeholder roles, and using proof points and demos to build confidence in solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with significant experience in the Martech or Adtech sectors as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, or a similar role is preferred.

Primary Location: Homebased - Conway, Arkansas
