Your Role
As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical solutions to our enterprise clients. In this client-facing role, you will work directly alongside our Sales and Client Success teams to ensure seamless data integrations, speeding up the implementation of Indeed's recruiting solutions.
In this position, you will serve as the key technical resource for ATS integrations, overseeing technical scoping, validation of solutions, and providing implementation assistance to our clients. Collaborating closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Product, and Engineering, you'll be pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of complex integrations and increasing deal closure rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical advisor for enterprise clients, guiding discovery and validation processes for ATS and system integrations.
- Translate client requirements into effective technical solutions, focusing on workflow, configuration, and integration aspects.
- Provide technical input during sales processes, assisting with proposals, timelines, and deal structures.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and transitions of integrations.
- Identify technical challenges or risks and provide solutions to mitigate deployment issues.
- Create and maintain reusable technical resources, such as integration diagrams, best practices, and FAQs.
- Enhance continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering based on client experiences.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data exchange patterns, and contemporary web technologies (e.g., REST, JSON, authentication).
- Aptitude for driving technical discovery and translating complex technical concepts into clear business solutions.
- Experience collaborating with IT, Security, and Compliance teams in enterprise settings.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to prioritize and quickly address technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and business audiences, including executives.
- Collaborative mindset with demonstrated experience working across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Compensation Transparency
Our salary ranges reflect our commitment to equitable pay for this role:
- Tier 1 - $84,000 to $126,000
- Tier 2 - $94,000 to $142,000
- Tier 3 - $103,000 to $155,000
- Tier 5 - $117,000 to $175,000.
Offers will typically be made between the range minimum and midpoint, with total compensation factors including skills, experience, and market location considered.
