Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer to act as the key technical expert for our most significant Majors and Enterprise accounts. You will be a vital member of our exceptional sales team, successfully transforming complex security challenges into robust ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Collaborate with Account Managers to create cohesive security architectures that address the multitude of tools challenge faced by Enterprise clients.
  • Technical Win: Take charge of the complete technical sales process—from initial client discovery to impactful solution presentations and winning proposals.
  • POC Management: Own and define the Proof of Concept (POC) process to validate Trellix's competitive ROI and technical performance.
  • Strategic Influence: Serve as a liaison between our market and Product Management, ensuring that the specific needs of our largest clients are integrated into the Trellix roadmap.
  • Pipeline Partnership: Contribute to shaping regional sales strategies by uncovering new use cases and engaging in marketing events that fortify Trellix’s reputation as a thought leader.

About You

  • Enterprise Expert: You bring a solid background (typically 7+ years) in leading technical sales for accounts with complex infrastructures.
  • Subject Matter Mastery: You are well-versed in endpoint, SIEM/SOAR, and Cloud Security Architectures, staying ahead of industry trends and threats.
  • Local Market Fluency: You have a comprehensive understanding of the local business landscape and build trust with key stakeholders through face-to-face interactions.
  • Consultative Communicator: You excel at translating technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes and adeptly handle client objections.
  • Hands-on Skills: You have a practical approach, ready to configure, troubleshoot, and demonstrate Trellix solutions in real-world contexts.

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $165,000
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $210,000 – $235,000 (base salary plus commission), contingent on location and individual qualifications.
  • Additional Compensation: May include long‑term incentives based on performance metrics.
