Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and translate that knowledge into precise requirements for systems and processes.

Job-Specific Duties

  • Act as the primary liaison with MAXIMUS project staff or clients to define and document business and technical requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows while translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support requirements development by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Define data file extracts, automated processes, and reports to aid application development and maintenance.
  • Assist in customer application development and systems integration, particularly with SaaS platforms.
  • Analyze system interfaces and data flows across various applications.
  • Produce detailed reports that summarize and present data for project support and decision-making.
  • Engage in system testing and design reviews to validate requirements and ensure quality compliance.
  • Monitor application performance and project activities, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Assist in system maintenance activities, addressing change requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating enhancements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and backlog refinement in tools like Jira.
  • Proficient in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0) for workflow documentation.
  • Experience in customer application development involving SaaS products and APIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics, and customer-experience technologies.
  • Knowledge of financial ERP systems and business processes.
  • Strong SQL and RDBMS skills, along with understanding data governance and quality frameworks.
  • Experience working with process automation tools and cloud services like AWS.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills to convey technical information clearly.

Salary

  • Minimum Salary: $85,400.00
  • Maximum Salary: $125,000.00
