You'll manage Agile teams, oversee requirements gathering, and ensure implementation of best practices in software development. Your contributions will play a critical role in achieving project milestones through collaboration and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional Agile team in software applications
• Manage software and infrastructure requirements for Ground Station
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Establish verification procedures for production readiness
• Provide technical support for operators and OEMs

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
• 5‑8+ years of aerospace systems engineering experience
• Solid understanding of software verification and requirements
• Familiarity with JIRA, TFS, and GitHub
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English/French
