We’re seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing firm. This role will lead full lifecycle recruitment processes for Business Professional, Associate, and Counsel positions globally. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring leaders to shape talent strategy, drive effective hiring processes, and support the continued growth of the firm’s global workforce.
Responsibilities
• Lead a thoughtful and inclusive end‑to‑end recruitment process including kick-off, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Develop and implement creative, enterprising sourcing strategies that broaden access to talent pools through job boards, networking, direct outreach, referrals, and legal industry channels. • Evaluate candidate qualifications with insight and fairness, offering well‑reasoned recommendations while cultivating a strong, innovative, and future‑focused talent pipeline. • Leverage technology, analytics, and recruiting tools to enhance efficiency, improve candidate engagement, and support a more modern and responsive hiring experience. • Guide compensation discussions with clarity, consistency, and respect, ensuring an equitable and positive experience throughout the closing process. • Build strong, trusting relationships with internal leaders by serving as a collaborative advisor on hiring best practices, talent trends, and strategic workforce insights. • Work closely with Recruiting Managers, HR, and firm leadership to support a forward‑looking, values‑aligned hiring strategy and onboarding experience that sets new hires up for long-term success. • Maintain open and timely communication with candidates, ensuring they are supported throughout the hiring lifecycle. • Keep accurate and up‑to‑date records within the ATS to support responsible data stewardship, transparency, and sound decision‑making. • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance recruiting operations with a tenacious, solutions‑oriented, and enterprising mindset. • Represent the firm at key recruiting events, professional conferences, and networking engagements as assigned by Recruiting Managers to promote brand awareness and strengthen industry relationships. • Alongside Recruiting Managers, collaborate with Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer brand initiatives that authentically reflect our culture and attract exceptional attorney and business professional talent. • Additional projects, duties, and tasks assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle GTM recruiting experience with a strong focus on proactive sourcing; agency experience strongly preferred. • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and similar industry-intelligence sourcing technologies and platforms, with a consistent track record of identifying and engaging high‑quality talent. • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with focus, resilience, and thoughtful prioritization, even in fast‑paced environments. • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, grounded in insight, fairness, and respect, with the ability to evaluate talent effectively. • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, contributing to a welcoming and collaborative environment for candidates and colleagues. • High attention to detail and dedication to providing a positive candidate experience at every stage. • Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office, with an enterprising approach to learning new systems. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with professionalism, discretion, and integrity, reflecting the firm’s values in every interaction.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $90,000-115,000.
