The Role

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
