Requirements
- 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record in technical roles, especially SaaS or IoT
- Advanced skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
- Ability to manage high-volume and niche searches
- Proficiency in data analysis and candidate testing
