About the role
Doctolib is looking for a **Lead Tech Recruiter** to join our** Talent Acquisition Team** in **Paris. **You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering leaders to ensure operational & hiring excellency while attracting the best talent.
**What you'll do**:
- You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare - You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing - You will own the end to end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment & closing - You will drive expectation-setting conversations, while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders - You will engage and coach hiring managers

You could be our next teammate if you:
- Have at least 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environment - Worked with a high growth staff plan in a KPI driven environment - Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision - Experienced collaborating and advising senior leaders - Have strong problem solving skills, with a solutions first approach - Have a user first attitude, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders
