About

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will standardize and operationalize engineering and product processes to accelerate delivery. You’ll partner with engineering, product, finance, and TPgM peers to improve governance, streamline workflows, and consolidate tooling and reporting. You’ll drive adoption of consistent processes across teams and help scale impact of central operations. You will work with product and engineering on roadmaps and feature launches, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. This role offers meaningful influence in transforming how we operate at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, aligning Product, Engineering, and TPgM teams
  • Drive product and feature launches with governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes
  • Establish and drive adoption of standardized governance processes and rhythms (planning, portfolio intake, resource allocation, leadership cadences)
  • Integrate tooling and reporting into a single source of truth with unified dashboards and visibility into program health
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that scale across teams and standardize program execution
  • Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives with deep understanding of SDLC and critical path sequencing
  • Contribute to TPgM playbooks and toolkits to standardize processes and adoption
  • Provide TPgM support for high-priority initiatives with structured execution under tight timelines

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of program management experience in technology organizations
  • Experience operationalizing governance processes across engineering teams (planning cycles, portfolio intake, OKRs)
  • Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional, technically driven programs
  • Proficiency with program tools (Jira, Confluence, Clarity, Smartsheet) and reporting platforms (Tableau, SQL), including building automations
  • Experience integrating technical and business perspectives into decision-making across lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
