Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert recruitment advice. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop interview processes. Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interaction throughout the recruitment journey. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment. Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on pipeline status, time-to-hire, and candidate quality. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and identify potential candidates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various technology roles (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing). Extensive experience with recruitment software (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Strong understanding of technical terminology and IT landscapes. Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
