We're hiring a Senior IT Recruiter with leadership experience to join our Charlotte team. You'll sit at the heart of our commercial function, delivering talent into high-value, prominent client accounts while helping shape how we grow and operate. This is a role for someone who can perform at a high individual level and lead by example.
What you'll be doing
- Managing full-cycle IT recruitment across a portfolio of high-value client accounts – from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Partnering closely with the commercial/sales team to support key account delivery and client satisfaction
- Mentoring and providing day-to-day leadership to junior recruiters, setting standards for quality and candidate experience
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of technology talent across disciplines including software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
- Advising clients and candidates on hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across the US tech market
- Contributing to team culture, processes, and ways of working as we scale the Charlotte office
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in IT / technology recruitment – agency or search background strongly preferred
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring other recruiters
- A track record of consistently delivering against targets in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up
- Based in or willing to be based in Charlotte, NC
