Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing FinTech company specializing in blockchain solutions, is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote talent acquisition team. This role is crucial for attracting and securing top engineering and product talent in highly competitive markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Your expertise in identifying and engaging niche technical talent will be paramount.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, blockchain developers, data scientists, and product managers. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates in the FinTech and blockchain space. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, specialized job boards) to source and track candidates. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the FinTech and blockchain communities. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal to top technical talent. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting. Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team. Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong focus on the FinTech and/or Blockchain industries. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for niche and in-demand technical roles. In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks and engineering disciplines. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software. Excellent understanding of sourcing techniques and online recruitment tools. Strong interviewing and assessment skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Passion for technology and a keen interest in the evolving FinTech and blockchain landscapes. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. While offering strategic alignment with our presence in **Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA**, your daily operations will be conducted remotely, collaborating with a global team.
