Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy specializing in the technology sector, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. Responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, and industry events. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand their talent needs, company culture, and specific role requirements. Screen and interview candidates, assessing their technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive compensation benchmarks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Mentor and guide junior recruiters on the team, sharing best practices and expertise. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and key performance indicators. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house tech recruiting role. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for niche and challenging technology roles. In-depth understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts. Expertise in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team. Experience in a remote work setting is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
