  • Expertise in mobile network technologies (4G, 5G), optical networks (DWDM, Ethernet), and IP networking (MPLS, BGP).
  • Proven experience with network planning, capacity management, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications signaling protocols and standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
