Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical standards, best practices, and documentation for telecommunication systems.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the telecommunications network.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance network capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, operations, and product management, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of telecommunications engineers.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement and deployment of telecom equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in telecommunications engineering, with a focus on network architecture and design.
• Expertise in mobile network technologies (4G, 5G), optical networks (DWDM, Ethernet), and IP networking (MPLS, BGP).
• Proven experience with network planning, capacity management, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications signaling protocols and standards.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with simulation and modeling tools for network design is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote team environment.
