Lead Test Engineer

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in C++ programming and system-level testing of embedded software.
• Strong background in hardware testing, with the ability to test and troubleshoot hardware-software integration and interaction.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex testing projects.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, debugging tools, and performance analysis techniques.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex system issues involving both hardware and software.
• Not a QA Selenium Role: This is a testing role, not focused on web-based automation or quality assurance tasks (e.g., Selenium testing). The role focuses on embedded systems, hardware integration, and system validation.

Desired Skills

• Experience with embedded operating systems and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware emulators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
