Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trucking Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience recruiting CDL drivers and understand the trucking industry, driver qualification process, and lead generation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL drivers through calls, Facebook, job boards, and lead generation platforms
• Screen and qualify driver applicants
• Follow up consistently with leads and applicants
• Move drivers efficiently through the hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and communication logs
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding scheduling
• Help meet weekly and monthly hiring goals

Requirements

• MUST have previous trucking recruiting experience
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Clear English speaking required
• Knowledge of CDL driver qualification process
• Experience with driver lead generation and follow-up
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday

$58,652.86 - $70,635.70 per year
