Lead UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design direction of their innovative digital products. This role requires a blend of creative flair and strategic thinking to craft exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will lead a talented team of designers, guiding them from concept to execution while championing user‑centered design principles throughout the organization.

Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing personas and user journeys, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful digital product design.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Keen eye for detail, passion for problem‑solving, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Experience defining and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

Key Duties

• Lead the design process for digital products from concept to launch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Advocate for user needs and best practices in design.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX.
• Ensure a consistent and high‑quality user experience across all touchpoints.
