About the role
Our client is a forward-thinking digital agency seeking a talented and visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead their creative initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your design expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering compelling user-centered design solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design, along with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Your role will involve leading design sprints, mentoring junior designers, and championing design best practices throughout the organization. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions for web and mobile applications. Your ability to articulate design decisions and gather user feedback will be crucial in shaping the future of our client's digital products. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects for a range of clients, making a significant impact on their digital presence. Key responsibilities include: Leading the design process from concept to execution for digital products. Conducting user research, usability testing, and persona development. Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior designers. Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides. Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Staying abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Excellent understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting.
