Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, define user flows, and develop high‑fidelity visual designs.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
- Champion design thinking and best practices within a distributed team environment.
- Shape the user experience of cutting‑edge products and impact user satisfaction and product success.
- Mentor junior designers and guide design strategy.
Requirements
- Talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
- Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work remotely in a remote‑first environment.
