Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all platforms.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, define user flows, and develop high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into innovative design solutions.
• Champion design thinking and best practices within a distributed team environment.
• Shape the user experience of cutting‑edge products and impact user satisfaction and product success.
• Mentor junior designers and guide design strategy.

Requirements

• Talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
• Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work remotely in a remote‑first environment.
