About the Role

Drive engagement and growth as a Recruitment and Outreach Manager. Spearhead inclusive recruitment strategies for undergraduate programs while collaborating with community partners in Halifax. This full-time role focuses on leading outreach and recruitment initiatives for the Faculty of Science. You will work directly with academic leadership and community organizations to enhance student enrollment and retention. Fostering relationships with stakeholders is essential for advancing strategic partnerships and achieving EDIA goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead undergraduate recruitment strategies for science programs
• Organize and represent the faculty at outreach events
• Develop inclusive recruitment initiatives targeting diverse communities
• Build relationships with schools and community partners
• Coordinate outreach activities and maintain a centralized calendar

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 3-5 years related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience managing successful events and logistics
