Role Overview

Client is seeking a UX Lead to define and deliver the end-to-end experience vision for the CEC platform.

This role is responsible for ensuring that complex workforce intelligence spanning skills, careers, compensation, performance, mobility, and predictive scenarios is translated into intuitive, explainable, and trusted user experiences.

The UX Lead will champion human-centered design in an AI-driven environment, ensuring that insights generated by advanced analytics and digital twins are understandable, actionable, and ethically presented to HR leaders, managers, consultants, and employees.

Design experiences that make AI-powered workforce intelligence human, transparent, and usable at scale without diluting rigor or trust.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Vision & Strategy

• Define and own the experience, vision, and UX strategy for the CEC
• Translate workforce science and consulting methodologies into clear, intuitive interaction models.
• Establish UX principles for trust, explainability, and ethical AI use in employee-level digital representations.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across Careers, Rewards, and Workforce platforms
• UX for CEC Design experiences that allow users to:
  • Understand an employee s current digital twin state (role, skills, pay, performance, mobility).
  • Explore career paths, skill adjacencies, and development options.
  • Run what-if scenarios for pay, progression, mobility, and workforce outcomes.
• Ensure AI-generated insights clearly convey:
  • Why a recommendation exists consultants
  • Employees (where applicable)Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into experience improvements and prioritization inputs.
• Ensure UX decisions are backed by research, usability testing, and behavioral evidence.

Design System & Execution

• Contribute to and govern enterprise design systems and reusable components for workforce intelligence.
• Oversee creation of:
  • Journey maps and experience blueprints
  • Interaction flows and wireframes
  • High-fidelity prototypes and experience demos
• Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, accessible, and implementation-ready.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Product Lead (roadmap and value alignment)
  • Domain Lead (people science correctness)
