Responsibilities

• Evolve and implement a comprehensive UX strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX experience, 5+ in strategic roles
• Deep understanding of HCD processes and practices
• Proven track record in outcome-led product development
• Strong focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience designing for accessibility
