Lead UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Web Developer & UI/UX Designer to design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate has strong experience with WordPress development and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles to create seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress
• Customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-quality web pages
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web projects
• Ensure website performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize websites for SEO and fast loading speeds
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand requirements
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites
• Follow best practices in web development and user experience design

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix website issues
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg)
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Experience with WooCommerce
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards

Job Details

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
