Lead UX/UI Designer - Digital Product Innovation

About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead the design of exceptional user experiences for their digital products. This is a fully remote role, empowering you to collaborate with a talented team and shape intuitive interfaces from any location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity visual design
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant, engaging, and functional interfaces that delight our users
• Conduct user research
• Create user personas and journey maps
• Design intuitive navigation structures
• Develop interactive prototypes to test design concepts
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product vision
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Establish design systems
• Advocate for user-centered design best practices within the organization

Requirements

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and modern UI aesthetics
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX/UI design projects, with a particular emphasis on digital products and web applications
• Proven experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively articulating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting
