We’re looking for a strategic and driven Program Manager to lead and scale our Early Career Talent Development Programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building impactful programs that attract, develop, and retain top early-career talent—including interns, recent graduates, and rotational program participants.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, launch, and manage early career programs (internships, co-ops, rotational programs)
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align programs with workforce needs
  • Build and deliver program curricula including onboarding, training, mentorship, and development initiatives
  • Use data and analytics to track program performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee program logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for participants, stakeholders, and university partners
  • Create an engaging and inclusive participant experience that supports DEI initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions and early talent pipelines
  • Track participant progress and support conversion into full-time opportunities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field
  • 7+ years of program management experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting early career or university recruiting programs (preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks
  • Familiarity with HRIS or talent management systems
  • Knowledge of diversity recruiting and inclusive program design
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
