What You Will Do

• Development of digital learning formats (e.g., e-learning)
• Consulting and planning of digital training projects, including needs analysis and resource planning
• Consulting on target group-specific communication of learning content via internal channels
• Evaluation of digital training projects and derivation of improvement measures
• Co-shaping and further development of the learning culture within the company
• Monitoring trends and developments in the L&D field

What Sets You Apart for the Job

• Completed business studies (HR, communication, business psychology, L&D, UX design, marketing, or similar)
• Professional experience in L&D, HR, communication, content creation, or similar
• Experience with creating learning content and (internal) communication with various target groups
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM and Design Thinking
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Independent, creative, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• A feel for design, storytelling, and digital didactics
• German: C1 – Professional language skills
• English: C1 – Professional language skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in independently compiling and designing courses and training
• Experience with e-learning modules, Generative AI tools
• Experience in knowledge management
• Any additional language is an advantage

You will be part of the Corporate Knowledge & Learning Team in the HR department and work closely with colleagues from HR, Transformation & IT, Sales, Marketing, and the global markets.
