Im Media and Methods Lab der ETH Zürich arbeiten wir nicht in Silos, sondern im engen Co‑Design. Game Designer, Storyteller, Programmierer und Didaktiker ziehen bei uns an einem Strang. At the ETH Zurich Media and Methods Lab, we don't work in silos; we work in close co‑design. Game designers, storytellers, programmers, and educational experts all pull together. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality who is eager to develop innovative learning experiences "hands‑on" – from the initial idea to finished prototyping – especially regarding exciting new formats for the ETH Campus Heilbronn location.

Project Background

Als Teil des Media und Methods Lab (MML) der Unit for Teaching and Learning an der ETH Zürich konzipierst und erstellst du zukunftsgerichtete, interaktive Lehr‑ und Lernexperiences in multidisziplinären Teams für die ETH Zürich und mit Fokus auf den virtuellen Aufbau des neuen ETH Campus Heilbronn. Die Stelle kann ab sofort beginnen und ist befristet auf zwei Jahre, evt. verlängerbar.

As part of the Media and Methods Lab (MML) within the Unit for Teaching and Learning at ETH Zurich, you will design and create future‑oriented, interactive teaching and learning experiences in multidisciplinary teams for ETH Zurich, with a primary focus on the virtual development of the new ETH Campus Heilbronn. The position is limited until for two years, with the potential for extension.

Tasks (Tâches)

• Gérer des projets flexibles en collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.

Responsibilities (Stellenbeschreibung)

• Develops didactic concepts for digital media with a focus on Mixed/Virtual Reality and digital cooperation.
• Actively implements virtual modules in co‑design – from the idea through prototyping to implementation – to create innovative learning experiences; this is done "hands‑on" in collaboration with the multidisciplinary MML team (Audiovisual Media Design, Storytelling, Game Design, Programming) and various ETH departments.
• Takes over and drives the flexible project management and organization of sub‑projects and contributes new ideas and developments.

Requirements

Compétences

• Diplôme en design pédagogique et expérience en production de modules d'apprentissage.
• Compétences solides en conception d'apprentissage et outils d'auteur.
• Excellentes capacités de communication en allemand et en anglais.

Profil

• Fundierte Kompetenzen im Bereich Learning Design (Didaktische Einbettung von Medien, Autorentools, Interaktion)
• Praxiserfahrung bei der Produktion von digitalen Lernmodulen auf Stufe Hochschule mitbringt
• Erfahrung in der Planung, Strukturierung, Aufbau und Umsetzung von Lernmodulen
• genuines Interesse an wissenschaftlichen Themen und interdisziplinärer Arbeitsweise
