About the Role
Within the Learning Center of Expertise, the Learning Manager plays a key role in skills development. You will define, manage, and evolve an innovative training strategy aligned with the Group's business, HR, and CSR objectives. Your ambition: to make training a lever for sustainable performance, engagement, and transformation, while ensuring the quality, relevance, and optimization of the deployed systems.
Strategy and Training Management
- Define and manage the training strategy, in line with business orientations and the CSR roadmap.
- Design and deploy a training offer (face-to-face, digital, blended learning) adapted to a national & international environment.
- Analyze the impact of training actions and present strategic reports to Group Management.
Support & Performance
- Gather and prioritize training needs with HRBPs and managers.
- Manage the training budget, monitor the performance of systems, and ensure their regulatory compliance in each country.
- Support HR teams as a strategic partner.
Innovation, Partnerships, and Management
- Manage an ecosystem of training partners and actively monitor pedagogical innovations.
- Manage and develop the training team, fostering skills development and innovation.
Qualifications
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, training engineering, educational sciences, or equivalent.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role in training management or steering, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong skills in:
- Pedagogical engineering (face-to-face, digital, blended)
- Project management and budget control
- Performance monitoring and impact indicators
- Digital tools (LMS, HRIS, collaborative platforms)
- Fluent professional English (C1 level).
