Your main responsibilities
Within your #OneTeam team Within OVHcloud Academy and reporting to the Training Director, the Learning Project Manager dedicated to our Growth Academy manages the design, deployment, and performance of skills development programs for Revenue roles (sales, marketing, and customer relations). They also ensure the governance and management of the country training plans, guaranteeing alignment between global business priorities and local needs. As such, they act as an international project manager, responsible for:
Your missions
- Needs Analysis & Prioritization: You identify strategic directions based on the business and human challenges of your scope and define the associated skills development plan.
- Program Design & Management: In collaboration with a team of training specialists, you manage the design of training paths (learning paths, certifications, onboarding), supervise delivery, and measure the impact of your training actions.
- Engagement and Performance: You define and execute the communication plan dedicated to your actions and manage performance according to your stakeholders' needs.

- An analysis of the skills to be developed for revenue roles
- The creation of our Growth Academy to highlight learning paths dedicated to the skills of revenue roles
In 1 year you will master
- Defining the strategic directions of your scope according to business challenges
- Managing a multi-country training plan
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators
Required Skills
- English (C1)
- Knowledge of project management
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in skills development in an international environment
- Instructional design (synchronous and asynchronous)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and transverse leadership
- Use of an LMS/LXP
It's a plus
- Knowledge of AI in instructional design
- Knowledge of training legislation
- Experience related to Revenue roles (strong asset)
