About the Role

Manage lease portfolios as a Lease Analyst with BGIS in Markham, Ontario. Utilize the RealLease platform to optimize tenant relationships and oversee effective lease administration processes.

In this full-time contract position, the Lease Analyst works collaboratively to ensure accurate lease administration, payment processes, and financial reporting. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent interpersonal abilities. You will play a critical role in advising on property financials and improving lease operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of RealLease database and tenant information
• Monitor landlord billing and budget increases
• Prepare year-end reconciliations and reports
• Support property managers with operational issues
• Coordinate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for lease administration

Requirements

• University degree or professional certification
• 3 to 5 years of job-related experience
• Strong financial understanding and data processing skills
• Ability to read commercial lease agreements
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
