We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a legal, compliance, and governance-focused function within a large, regulated organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to enhance business processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual workflows
• Design and implement streamlined processes and workflows aligned with governance and regulatory requirements
• Translate legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions
• Support governance initiatives, including policy adherence, control frameworks, and process standardization
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business, legal, and compliance functions
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with or strong interest in governance, compliance, or regulatory environments
• Proven ability to design and improve business processes and workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in large, complex corporate environments
