Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission structure (minimum 4x earning potential)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for legal roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the legal sector
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on hiring trends and talent strategies
• Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within legal or professional services
• Proven track record of success in a sales-driven or commission-based environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and highly driven to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be able to work from a downtown Toronto office as part of a hybrid model
