The Role

• Full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, pitch, close associates & partners.
• Master cold calls, LinkedIn, intake, negotiation.
• Zero experience required - we hire grit, speed, and drive .
• You Thrive in fast-paced chaos; handle rapid rejection.
• Top 10% intellect; learn fast, adapt faster.
• 4-year degree (any major); JD a plus.
