The Role
- Engage in full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, pitch, and close associates and partners.
- Become proficient in cold calling, utilizing LinkedIn, conducting intakes, and negotiating offers.
- No prior experience required - we prioritize attitude and the drive to excel.
You
- Flourish in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage rejections.
- Possess a top 10% intellect; learn quickly and adapt even faster.
- Hold a 4-year degree (any major); a JD is a plus.

- 100% uncapped commission
