The Role

• Engage in full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, pitch, and close associates and partners.
• Become proficient in cold calling, utilizing LinkedIn, conducting intakes, and negotiating offers.
• No prior experience required - we prioritize attitude and the drive to excel.

You

• Flourish in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage rejections.
• Possess a top 10% intellect; learn quickly and adapt even faster.
• Hold a 4-year degree (any major); a JD is a plus.
