We are the advertising agency of the ESH Médias Group. We specialize in leading print, digital, and outdoor advertising solutions in the cantons of Valais, Neuchâtel, and the La Côte region. Through our powerful and innovative advertising offerings, we enable advertisers to communicate relevantly in Switzerland.

In Neuchâtel or Biel, you will contribute to the growth of Impactmedias SA's revenue, as well as Romandie Combi (which brings together the newspapers ArcInfo, La Liberté, Le Quotidien Jurassien, Le Journal du Jura, and Le Nouvelliste) by ensuring that Impactmedias offers the best product/solution for clients and prospects. The offer must be relevant from a marketing, financial, and technical perspective and perfectly tailored to the client's needs.

How You Will Contribute to Our Success:

• By managing the product portfolio (print, digital, content, outdoor advertising, ...) of the regions concerned in collaboration with the Head of Product (updating prices and commercial offers), sales managers, and the various marketing teams of ROC;
• By developing and implementing sales and marketing measures to increase advertising revenue in the regions concerned;
• By training and promoting our offers and/or special promotions internally (among sales staff) and externally (to clients, agencies);
• By creating the external marketing plan of Impact Médias together with the Global Marketing Manager (offers, schedule) for all our media (website, newsletter, social media, etc.);
• By supporting and challenging the sales teams in creating commercial proposals: good understanding of client briefings, multi-channel approach;
• By using all internal tools to create the most relevant and "intelligent" customer offers (REMP, SPR, Mediafocus, Zulu5, etc.);
• By conducting monthly market research in the advertising market with various tools (Mediafocus, Zulu5) to supply the sales teams;
• By ensuring the translation of offers for market addressing.

This Position is For You If:

• You have solid knowledge in marketing and several years of experience;
• You are perfectly bilingual in French/German;
• You have in-depth knowledge of the industry;
• You are able to manage projects rigorously and independently;
• You have experience in change management;
• You can work at different levels;
• You have a high degree of adaptability and can adapt to different interlocutors;
