To take full responsibility for the execution of international customer projects. From contract award to final handover, as well as the establishment of a structured and scalable project management team.

Your Tasks:

• Structured management and communication throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Project planning and control
• Disciplined, system-oriented project execution (end-to-end project responsibility)
• On-site installation management (tanks and silos)
• Leadership, establishment, and further development of the project management team
• Promotion of coordination between different departments and areas, internal and external
• Cost and commercial control of projects
• Customer management
• Ensuring quality and timely project completion

Your Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and/or
• Extensive experience in: Industrial project execution
• Extensive experience in: On-site assembly
• Proven ability to build or improve project management systems
• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and on-site conditions
• Accurate, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Practical approach
• Thinking in continuous improvement
• Decisive and solution-oriented
• Clear and direct communication
• Assertiveness, well-developed factual communication
• Experience in personnel management
• Understanding of drawings and technical documents required
• Languages: German and English
• Confident use of MS-Office
• Willingness to travel, valid driver's license required
