Technical Source is a growing technical staffing and consulting firm looking for a money-motivated, customer-service oriented Life Sciences Recruiter to join our team. As a Life Sciences Recruiter with Technical Source you will be directly responsible for supporting pharmaceutical and biotech engineering operations in the Triangle. Technical Source offers the opportunity to work with a small, fast-growing staffing firm that allows you to build your own business within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

As a Life Sciences Recruiter with Technical Source you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing, screening and developing trust-based relationships with pharmaceutical engineering professionals in the Triangle area
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies for highly technical engineering positions
• Understanding customer requirements and displaying a commitment to ensuring the mutually beneficial job fit for end clients and candidates
• Developing strong candidate pipelines/networks to ensure quick turnaround on new highly technical contract positions
• Utilizing a variety of sourcing/networking tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and various job posting boards
• Obtaining candidate referrals and client leads to grow the Technical Source brand
• Creating and managing detailed technical job postings

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an agency Life Sciences or Technical Recruiter role with a proven and verifiable track record of success
• Experience utilizing recruiting tools and tactics to develop and execute candidate sourcing plans
• Desire to work in a sales driven organization based on work ethic and production
• Ability to build strong relationships with highly technical professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence every Mon/Wed/Fri
