We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring for light industrial roles such as warehouse, manufacturing, and production. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting and customer-facing experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced staffing environment. This position may involve on-site work at a client location and in our corporate office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen applicants and match them to job requirements
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Manage candidate pipeline and follow up regularly
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of hiring documents
• Communicate with candidates regarding job details, schedules, and expectations
• Support attendance tracking and day-one check-ins

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (ATS experience is a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
