Linux Embedded Softwareentwickler (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of embedded software solutions based on Linux
• Writing and testing software modules and drivers for embedded systems
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Integration of hardware and software components
• Adaptation and configuration of Linux kernels and operating systems for specific hardware platforms
• Debugging and resolving software and hardware problems
• Performing performance analyses and optimizing system performance
• Maintenance and updating of existing software solutions
• Creation of technical documentation and specifications
• Collaboration with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration
• Participation in agile development processes and regular team meetings

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of experience in the development of embedded software based on Linux
• Profound knowledge of C/C++ and experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell Scripting
• Experience with Linux kernel development and configuration
• Knowledge of using version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Good communication and documentation skills
